I just watched Waypoint’s video summing up ATLAS, and it seems like an amazing system. But why won’t it be accessible on their website? Not everyone owns an iPad or W7 phone, and putting ATLAS on the Waypoint website would allow more people to view it and use it. It looks amazing, so why not put it on the internet as well as the Android, W7 Phone, and iOS systems?
Because how would they sell it? I wouldn’t doubt when “343 pro” comes out it will include it.

The app is free but Atlas is 5$ with the exception of the windows phone 7 people, 343 pro is just what I’m calling whatever and whenever they release a bungie pro like service.

Everything that is on the app is on the website except for ‘Atlas’. This could be included in a ‘343 Pro’ subscription in the near future.
I hope they do a web version as bs angel stated that they chose not to support the Android device I have. I can understand the reasons why, but gosh darn it, if you are going to offer something this cool, make sure it is compatible across the board.
Thankfully, my WP7 has ATLAS. I just wish I could have it on my tablet. The big screen size would make using it more worthwhile to use instead of hindering my experience. Cause, I’d rather look at a 10" screen instead of a 4.3" screen for ATLAS.
Because they can charge money for it. And I’m not trying to bash on 343. Its how businesses work.
I think its crazy that they want to charge for the app for iOS and Android. So in order to get Atlas to work you need an Xbox, Halo Reach, xbox live subscription, a smartphone and then pay for the app as well.
