No one knows, as nothing has officially been announced from 343.
Each news source has varying times, but if I had to guess around 9 AM EST we should see something. Maybe midnight, but that’s a long shot.
It hasn’t been said. 343 knows that we know that there’ll be Halo 4 info tomorrow, when specifically, hasn’t been announced.
There is still no guarantee that there will be a flood of information the moment embargo ends. I heard somewhere that it actually ends some time in the late afternoon, in which case you might not get what you are hoping for until tuesday XD

It will most likely be the Vidoc…
I personally hope they will release information that tries to suit everyone, if not most people. I myself am English, So I would like to think I’d be able to see the information within that day.
