I’m level 108, got about 80% in everything and still haven’t gotten it. Does RNG just hate me? I’ve gotten plenty of legendaries, sometimes 2 per pack, but the helmet still alludes me. Especially frustrating when I get the helmets next to it.

Just got to keep trying. One of these days the RNG gods will look upon you with favor, and you shall have the helmet you so crave. (So essentially the same mindset as trying to win the lottery, fortunately for you the chances of actually winning it in the REQ system is far more likely).
You should get it around 110-115

Only the the good Lord knows how many REQ points I’ve spent in vain. Countless hours of grinding WZA and BTB. On the bright side, it can’t hide behind Ultra Rares forever. The URs are running thin, outside of the emblems.

It is annoying, I even sell all the Warzone crap to buy more packs. Still no luck.

Helljumper was the last stuff I unlocked. Most of the people I know who are also at 100% can attest that mythic armour pieces will be among the final packs you open. I’d say don’t put much hope into chancing upon it until you’re close to 95%.

Hey, I heard that if you pray to the Thirsty Grunt and to RNjesus, they’ll favor you and help you to achieve your goals in Halo. But it’s just a rumor.
I bought way too many REQ Packs, so I got everything somewhere in the SR60’s…really wanted Helljumper & Noble helmets, was getting impatient
RGN hates you. I unlocked everything, but the uncommon and rare scout helmets, out of a silver packs before it gave me the scout helmets. It does that just because you want it.
Grind sucks -Yoink-, but if you think about…dedicated fans will get the better-looking helmet.
Murphy’s Law. The one you want is always among the last ones you get.
I got it at 95, but I prefer Centurion which haven’t gotten yet.
