You’ll get the armor when all your companies kill commendations are at level three and the helmet when you’ve completed level five.

Just check your Spartan company commendation progress. It says you are at 45%. But seeing how your company only has ten members you are a long ways off for getting either the armor or helmet.

Yea but there is an easier way by just joining a company right before they get it. But that is a cheap move.

once you get all of your kill commendations to level 3 you get a req pack that contains the armor. i took a look at your company and it looks like you have 14 out of 31 level 3 kill commendations.
I already have every kill commendation to level 3 do I have to wait a certain time to get the armour or something?

You don’t seem to be reading the comments from Mod (and other players) its NOT what you do but what your company does!
Your company is only 17 of 31 commendations to the armor As seen here. As was previously stated, since your company only has 5 members, those last 14 commendations will take a long time to complete. I suggest recruiting more members to your company, or joining a company that is closer to capacity
Join Legendary Achilles 2. Not even a month old, should have the armour in a few weeks. Helmet 2 months after. They may be the fastest to ever grind the helmet.
