Not saying it’s a huge problem for me because personally, I just want to play the game. The battlepass is enough customization for me and i really have no interest in buying the store cosmetics. I just keep seeing a lot of halo influencers on YouTube and other platforms that have been complaining about the store prices trying to be advocates for reducing the mtx, but their in game spartans are rocking the new store cosmetics every week. They actually show it off via screenshots and game clips. Sorry, guys. I dont think the prices are going to change. Not sure it’s worth fighting anymore. I’m sure a lot of players will continue to support the elimination of or at least reduce the prices of the store, but everybody has cat ears lol seems like a losing battle.
Look, the population will die out.
Look at what we have, 3 btb maps and 7 arena maps, one of which and a craptacular battlepass/progression system.
We likely won’t have any new maps until March and there is a dump truck load of BS bugs that needs fixing which will likely take a very long time for some of this. Especially netcode. It took Dice about a year to fix BF4’s net code.
This will drive the players away and I’ll never buy a cosmetic item ever if the prices stay the same.
And they would have to be substantially cheaper. I ain’t paying $20 for a paint job to look like iron man. F that -Yoink!-.
