Pretty sure all the specializations add up to 120 so there would possibly be something else between 120-130.

50+80=130… basic mathematics.
i don’t think anybody has reached 130 yet due to the daily cap… so we don’t know yet
Max. SR is 50. There are 8 specializations, each one has 10 levels. That adds 80 levels on top of the earlier 50 > 130

No, a specilzation decides what you unlock for the next 10lvls so you can’t swap between them.
It appears that you cannot, once you pick a specialization you are stuck with it until it hits level 10, and you can’t simply swap back to normal Spartan IV either. Basically, by leveling it you can use any of the unlocks on any loadout no matter what your specialization is at the time.

Nope. Once you hit 50, you pick a Spec, and you’re locked into it for 10 levels. Example : I went Rogue for my first, I had to play through 10 levels before I could pick another, in this case, Tracker.
On the upside, the EXP requirements seem to be the same with each spec you take, so leveling them all up takes the same amount of EXP over all.
On your service record, and player card, though, it will still display your SR rank, along with your spec (see mine for example), I’m listed as SR-63 Tracker. The only time you really see the spec ranks listed (I.E. TK-1 and up) is in the Spartan Hub, where it tells you what level of a spec you need to be to unlock goodies.
I like how nobody actually answered the original poster’s question…what he means is, if you want to be known as a “Rogue”, should you wait to choose that one last? I’m interested in finding out as well, I don’t want my tag to forever read “130 Wetwork” just because that’s the one I wanted to level the least…
I was in a game with a 110 today so that’s getting close.
They said there is a special surprise for those who hit SR-130. It’s probably the title of Master Chief or something. 
I assume you’re talking about the name that shows on the card in the pre-game lobbies, etc.
If it is stuck. Props to the person who wants the name ‘Stalker’ permanently on their card then.
I’m hoping it’s a ‘Master’ title or something to differentiate them.

that’s pretty dope. I wouldn’t mind that, but having an entire lobby of master chiefs will just be awkward Lol
