Let’s be real, the only game that can scratch the halo itch at this point is Splitgate. Infinite is more CoD than Halo at this point and it feels like the developers have lost touch with what the community wants out of a Halo game in general. Maybe it’s just me, but this seems like it’s going to flop.
Splitgate is Halo’s waiting room, stop playing.
Splitgate definitely does not scratch the itch for me lol.
A lot of the gametypes and map combinations do not work for competitive and the gun play is pretty weak overall. Competitive is pretty fun, just have to wait ages for a game and hope you don’t end up on one of the aforementioned horrible combinations.
Social is a joke though, every game is just 90% bots. Utter waste of time.
For those wondering, I’ve played 400 games of Splitgate, plenty to form a fair opinion.
