Downloaded the new update and I am happy to say it works perfectly for me here in Sweden.
All campaign works now at last. Including Halo 3 that didn’t launch in any form before when Sweden was set as the region.
The multiplayer works for me as well. I was able to find players within a minute.

Yes, finally! How could they screw us up here in Sweden? I’ve been playing in the UK region bet there I couldn’t find any matchmaking games. Gotta check it out now
