Ok so I have a rant. Lets hope I’m not muzzled like lots of other rants on here.
So at first, 343 copied ADS, as well as spartan abilities and break out from other game titles.
I was ok with that because I just felt like break out was such a perfect fit for halo as a game type and the spartan abilities and ADS felt like a natural evolution and were balanced. So for me, the beta was an 8 or 9 out of 10.
In MY mind, 343 had used up all their credits in terms of being aloud to get away with copying other games, so I thought to my self, “Right, now that the copying is over and done with and halos bee brought up to date on par with other games we can move on and hopefully make this work”
But then… Something happened… 343 went too far with their copying if other games, they used up all their credit with the beta and now they have gone too far and absolutely broken the bank. They made “Warzone”.
Warzone is a gears of war game type name.
And on top of that, in halo 5, Warzone is a complete copy rip off of Titan fall.
Now that 343 have done this, it makes me ashamed to play the game.
If 343 had created a brand new fresh never before seen game type and named it something other than Warzone so that it was brand new I would have been over the moon and able to overlook the stolen stuff from the beta. But they stole yet again from another game. 343 has no shame.
On top of that, 343 has added green outlines around placed & dropped weapons to make them nice and easy to see, and this isn’t just for Warzone guys, this is across all game types, from break out to slayer to BTB to Warzone.
One minute 343 are talking about 4v4 being for the Competetive scene, nek minute they’re listening to little kids feedbacks who don’t know where the weapons spawn On 4v4 types and need highlights to be able to see the weapons.
This is absolutely atrocious!
U will notice all the little kids will start ranting against me in this comment and the admin will probably say I’m a duplicate profile or fake profile just like he does to everyone else who speaks the truth.
When u know where the weapons spawn and don’t need green outlines it creates a massive skill gap between good players and little kids and bad players. And that’s what halo should be like.
We don’t want 4v4 to be flooded with twelvies who ruin our games trying to betray each other treating slater like it’s a casual game type like they do in BTB and Warzone.
And when u start adding kiddie twelvie glowing weapons in a competitive game mode that’s what u will get.
Halo was always about KNOWING where the weapons spawn, paying close attention to possible dropped weapons on map having a keen eye. Now it’s become a game where not only does the announcer tell I where and when power weapons are spawning, but now all normal weapons will have a green outline around them in 4v4 competitive modes.
The beta was perfect.
I loved how the light rifle looked just sitting their with it’s tiny yellow light. Imagine how -Yoink- that will look now with a green outline around it. OMG!
Now I dunno about YOU!
But I like my weapons looking real when they’re leaning against a wall or dropped on the floor. Nice and black and real looking.
This game had become a joke.
After such a perfect beta, they’ve gone and listened to a bunch of twelvies that aren’t even old enough to own the game legally, and now u may aswell have big green arrows pointing down to where the weapons all are all over the map.
Watch and see how only the twelvies will get butt hurt over this and becUse I said this they will lie and say they’re over 18.
And yes anyone under 17 is a twelvie or a 5year old in the halo universe.
U don’t graduate to being a spartan or a real halo player until ur over 18 or over.
Why???
Green outlines around weapons in slayer and crap like that THATS WHY !!!
