Yes the range on the normal AR is ridicules.
Ridicules to the point you can burst fire and kill someone across the map with a half a clip. Halo 4 De ja vu?
Is that a joke? It takes more shots than reach to kill a spartan. And only 1 less than 4. The weapon is finally of use and you want it nerfed. Good choice. Love the BR by any chance do you? lol
The AR is supposed to be useful yet beatable. It can be outgunned by a pistol, BR, DMR, Needler, pretty much every gun. However, if someone misses with these other weapons the AR still has the ability to come out on top which is the way it should be. ALL guns should be useful, nerfing it as it is would make it completely useless which no weapon in any game should be.
The AR is one of the best guns in my opinion, i’d hate to see it nerfed
