Have you seen the new assault rifle with a BR scope?, what do you think of it.
It’s only in Warzone. Although I’ll be interested to see how it plays in comparison to the BR/DMR
I’m glad 343’s making the Assault Rifle more up to par with the precision weapons such as the BR and DMR, although I’m glad it’s staying in Warzone.
Consider me interested. I love the weapon variations they’re including!
I like the variety. I feel as though most of the weapons in Halo are very static and never changing. Think about it like this, in today’s world you can put almost any kind of scope on any rifle and once you align everything it can fundamentally change how the weapons use. It’s nice to see the weapons in Halo change to reflect that.
I think a Smart-link and a reflex sight are redundant, unless the operator doesn’t have a helmet or some other vision-enhancing equipment. Makes it look more “tacticool” by today’s standards for sure.
I’m sure it will be useful and its aethsetically pleasing but it looks wrong. An AR with a scope just looks wrong! It’s like if Slipknot made a new amazing album with great music and a pretty pink album cover which looks slipknoty, but can’t.

They use the smartlink through the scope like the Halo CE Magnum, sniper, DMR, BR, (anything with a scope in earlier games)
Good and bad for me, It’s good because I’ve always thought when it comes to precision the Aw doesn’t come to mind, instead the DMR, BR Ect. But it’s bad because honestly, it’s looks and feel different. That’s why it’s kinda bad, i just don’t like scope’in way of it.
They AR should have an AR15 A3 Flattop. Kinda like the DMR. The rail will run from the receiver to barrel and have various mount options: Reflex Sight, x2 or x3 Scope, Iron Sights, or just keep the classic built-in computer and shroud. This arrangement would also be cool for an MA2B or MA5K–short-barreled rifles. That would be more efficient than an SMG.
