which of this weapon is the most effective one for close combat and why??
The Carbine isn’t even a close range weapon. Its mid long ranged. And the Suppressor wins in close range because of its ROF and DPS.
Storm Rifle
I would have to say Storm Rifle. The Assault Rifle is a tad more versatile, but the Suppressor is great for just getting shots down range. It all depends on what you want in a weapon.

the reason i put the carbine because ive seen some players using the carbine for close combat and it is really effective in taking shields and enemies now there its already another poll with the storm rifle in it so i am trying to figure which is better
Assault Rifle
Suppressor since all Forerunner weapons, with the possible exception of the LR, are extremely OP.
Yea…its was storm rifle. Remove Carbine.
Also, it depends who your fighting. On Sp Ops mission with Promies, I use the Suppressor. Against Covies, ill use either the assault or storm. That is all.

Well the Carbine is my main weapon, i can say the storm rifle is way better for taking down shields faster than the carbine but thats why i use both guns in my main loadout. People really underestimate the power of both guns.

see people the carbine is effective in close combat too 
it depends. If you want a well rounded CQC weapon choose the AR.
If you want sheer power use the suppressor. Keep in mind you will have to play much closer then the other automatics as its incredibly inaccurate.
Choose the carbine if you favor a precision weapon with high ROF.
They each have their pros and cons.
AR- Pretty much the Jack of all trades, master of none. When it comes to auto weapons.
SR- Great for taking down shields, but dmg is meh.
Sup- Highest RoF of any weapon and a large clip, but it requires you to be the closest of the autos to be effective.
Most of the time I prefer the SR, but they’re all decent.
