Why do people constantly steal assassinations?
Is it because they can’t get there own kills or something else.
I mean u would think if u saw a teammate assassinating something u would let them finish and go hunt for something else it only seems reasonable doesn’t it?

Yes it does seem reasonable to stop shooting when you see your team mate assassinating someone. People are just a**holes.

You’re missing the point. He wants to finish his assassinations; why should he have to turn them off? Anyone who sees someone doing an assassination ought to just leave it alone. Seeing someone get that should be applauded.
Mostly I will leave the assassinator in peace…
I will only yoink an assasination if;
- You are one of my buddies (we always try and steal each other’s… it’s funny).
- I was in the process of scoring the point anyway (in which case you are trying to steal my kill with your showboating).

I agree with this. But I would a a third one and that is if you yoinked or betrayed me earlier in the game.
If i feel someone does it to me intentionally I’ll report them for being unsporting.
Friends? Hell yeah! “YOINK”
Random teammates? Only sometimes when my reflexes are finally accurate but in the wrong time and place.

People are just @sses that’s why I get mine stolen all the time
i will typically shoot once just for the assist
but with these new “flippy throwy” assassinations coupled with the white armor -Yoink- colors its hard to tell sometimes and i think i am helping or getting a showstopper but it was really my teammate performing the assassination XD
I never yoink an assassination intentionally but it does happen occasionally in the heat of battle. As far as reporting somebody that’s a bit much. If you had an opponent down to no shields and a teammate lands a headshot, essentially stealing your kill, do you report them as well?
If its a game of arena slayer I’m yoinking the assassination so you aren’t caught in the animation and killed by the enemy, giving them a point. Trust me I’m doing you a favor. Any other GT or Warzone though, I dont care.

Nope… gotta get the kills as fast as possible. I Yoink when ever I can just to make the team a little more efficient. Can’t count the amount of times an enemy team got screwed because of a dumb -Yoink- assassination.
That’s the trade of for having super badass assassinations, they also double as rage generators.

This. If we lose because someone didnt secure the kill id be ticked.
I was stalking this guy with a beam sword and was ready to assassinate him but then some guy on my team came up and started assassinating him, so I took my rightful kill by yoinking the kill. But that’s all I will do just take MY kill that I WORKED FOR
It’s a free kill for them that they don’t have to earn? People are jerks in online computer games? Really? You could have knocked me over with a feather! lol. Either way, yeah, it would be cool if once you started an Assassination other people couldn’t steal it. It would also be cool if teamates couldn’t push you around or Spartan Charge you over & over when you’re standing there or in a vehicle.

Exactly i would turn them off but it’s just satisfying seeing ur character stab, snap etc. an enemy it seems more satisfying then a simple hit too the back or gun shot.

Personally my buddies and i have a code if we see someone assassinating someone we move on.

But wouldn’t u be doing a better job watching for the enemy?
People saying that they steal it because they were already in the heat of battle with that person but what if u were about to lose the fight and ur teammate saves u by assassinating them?
