So there seems to be a strange issue I noticed in several matches when I have tried to assassinate someone but it doesn’t register for some reason and the other player seems to walk away fine until I go for the assassination again. This seems to have been only occurring in the Halo World Champion FFA playlist and has been since the new hot fix.
Sounds like an issue with lag/connection. It could be your connection causing this problem, or it could be the connection of the person you’re trying to assassinate.

I checked for that but it wasn’t me and surely wasn’t the person either cause it was happening to everyone I tried assassinating and also to the people trying to assassinate others.

How did you check that situation though? The Xbox network diagnostics only test to Seattle I believe and most speed tests by default only test the most optimal server.

A lot of players don’t realize the diagnostics in settings/network are pinging the MS live/cloud servers, not the actual game servers. Unless you have a Netduma router that traces connections you kind of guessing what the problem is.
