Do you guys have any ideas as to some assassinations for halo 5? So far, the only assassinations I’ve seen are all from halo 4. I know this is a year from release but I hope they take that into account. With that being said, I want to know what some of your ideas are for some new assassinations, including weapon based, maybe such as the gravity hammer for grifball
Can’t really think of something that could be brief for an assassination, they’ve covered some good ones already with a single knife and just one with the sword.

I’d love one for each of the wepons, so if you had the magnum you’d would throw the spartan to the ground and put a bullet straight through his visor or something like that.

That isn’t even remotely sneaky.
Airsassination: Whilst airborn, Player 1 grabs player 2 by the throat and then proceeds to Ground Pound. Player 1 kills Player 2 via breaking his neck on a GP.

True but I’ve always thought assassinations were more of a statement than anything.
the assassin with a gravity hammer grabs the victims shoulder, and proceeds to pull him back, eventually to get pounded on the back by the gravity hammer. Then the victim soars sky high.
Halo 5 should be assassinated. Scrap the game and start new. Hey, Bungie did it with Destiny in less than a year and kids are eating that up like Thankskilling Turkey, why can 343 not do it with Halo 5 (Advanced Halo Warfare)?

There was actually two that I was thinking. If you have the rocket launcher equipped, you would bash the butt of it into an enemy’s skull, let him drop, then bash him once more. Another is that with the gravity hammer, you would smash the enemy’s calf with the handle, then hit him like a baseball bat and send him flying.
If there can be additional knives added to our characters like in reach, they can create some dual knife animations.
Also thought of one for the sword, where you do a quick slice of the legs making your opponent fall and as they fall you’ll do a quick spin, pull out your knife and jab it through their face before/right as they hit the ground.

Why not some environmental assassinations? If you are on a high platform (like the bridge on Truth) you Leonidas kick them off. Brings new meaning to SPARTAN.
