Assassination Classroom Game Type Suggestions

Ok, me and my friend Charlie69Scene1 created an infection game type called “Slender” for a custom map we created. Now that the custom browser has been introduced, we are able to play it with anyone willing to join. So I was thinking of another game type and map to create when an idea hit me:

There is an anime named “Ansatsu Kyōshitsu” or “Assassination Classroom.” The show is about these junior high students who have to kill there mutant/alien teacher (they name him Korosensei) before graduation or else he will blow up the earth. However, he is capable of mach 20 speed and is INCREDIBLY smart, making it a challenge even for the government. However, his speed and brains are only matched by the love for his students and he agreed to the government not to harm them.

This gave me this idea:

What if there was a game mode in which one player is randomly selected to be Korosensei and is incredibly fast and can tank a lot of hits but can not kill any other player. Then the rest of the players all team up to try to kill him before time runs out, and whoever finishes him off gets a score bonus. So pretty much like juggernaut only if the juggernaut wasn’t able to attack and was even faster and tanky. There are a few problems that I was hoping to solve before attempting this. I would like to see if there was a way to give the Korosensei a bonus if he survives, (this is optional) but seeing as how if there was an infection game, he would most likely be the infected and I could not give the infected a survival bonus while I also can’t set the number of survivors either. I also know that there is a glitch that causes infection to only last one round if the life count is set to 1, and this would be a game that NEEDS more than one round. Seeing how Korosensei would most likely be the infected (unless someone can find a good work around) killing him would only cause him to respawn instead of ending the round, but setting the life count to 1 would end the game after the first round. I REALLY don’t want to just spawn him elsewhere as everyone waits for time to run out, people would get annoyed and I would like this game type to get noticed. I have a full time job and don’t have the time to experiment until the weekends, so I’m looking for anyone’s help with suggestions for this idea and/or solutions to the issues mentioned. As far as what map it would be on, I’m planning on creating the best replica I can of the school building and yard the majority of the show takes place in.

He’s a teacher, so giving out… KNOWLEDGE

I would make the super fast guy the last man standing, and have everyone else spawn as infected, being the invincible students. I like the idea and I’d probably give it a shot.

I dont know how you could actually implement the idea, but I love the concept

The only issues is you can’t set the number of survivors. It could possibly work if the first infected had to take out the rest of the survivors first, but not sure if that will lead to any problems yet. Such as one person always being a student and someone being Korosensei multiple times. It might work though.

Trying to survive so as not to let anyone get the point bonus for killing him.

Ok, I was doing some thinking and have come to a conclusion, but if someone see’s a flaw let me know:

The game will spawn one infected and the rest are survivors. All the survivors will spawn high enough to cause enough fall damage to kill themselves when damage resistance is set to the lowest setting. One way or another (through map design) they will all be forced to fall at once. However no one can use ground-pound or stabilizers and they all spawn at a slightly different height, so once all but one person has hit the ground dead, the last man standing traits will kick in and allow the last man standing to survive with little damage taken. (As long as he is paying attention, he may even take no damage once his stabilizer abilities return) This will create a fair way of choosing who is the Koro Sensei with as little player interaction as possible.

Does anyone else see a flaw in this design?

Alright, through testing and fixing. I think the game is ready! The game is called, “Assassination Classroom” and the map it is played on is called, “Class 3-E” I’m the author of both if anyone is interested. Thank you all for your help.
