Sorry if this has been posted before. I have do not often come to these forums.
I have been having issues with the “Ashes to Ashes” achievement (Castle Map Pack) and I also have been speaking with xbox support about the whole thing. They told me to come here and post about it so that 343 would get the heads up and know it is still an issue. If anyone, 343 or not, could help me out or tell me any of the possible solutions I would appreciate it greatly.
Apparently only the game developers control the achievement servers. That is why the Microsoft support technicians can not help me any further. If anyone would like to read the transcripts I had between the chat agents let me know.
