As a celebration of the amazing news of the Legendary saga coming to PC. I just had to make something. So i made this PC DVD Cover for Halo reach for people to maybe print out and put it on a DVD Cover or something haha. Do whatever you want with it. I didnt watermark it btw but i’d be nice if you credit me in case you are planning to use it for something 
Looks cool! I like the color scheme of gray and light blue to give it an eerie feel. What did you pull from to make this and what inspired the design?

Took about an hour of sizing, blending modes, positioning, trying other ideas, hue shifting until i finally ended up with this concept.
I wansnt really inspired which is why it took so long to come up with it.
If you’re intrested
the design is build out of the original cover with the noble team standing in that planet.
i grabbed and remade the noble team symbol in illustrator to have it full res and continued in photoshop by cutting out a piece of the planet in the same ‘shape’
as the noble symbol and copied it and enlarged it.
then i blurred the background planet and made it grey to really let the symbol pop out.
after that i changed the color of the full noble symbol to gold
after that i did some post processing if thats what its called, i added some clouds/filmgrain and a lens flare.
and then i grouped all the layers and copied it and then merged them into one picture. and tried playing around with some filters and ended up stylizing it with an oil paint styling which turned out amazingly well.
idk if you were interested in this but im bored so i’d figure i just tell you
Colors are nice, but the font used for “Halo: Reach” doesn’t look right to me!

I am interested! I have a general idea about Photoshop and Illustrator but I would never be able to make anything.
It looks great and I’m sure grabbing elements from here or there definitely helped speed up your process!
