Art Direction for Halo Infinite

I must admit, out of all of the flaws of Halo Infinite, it doesn’t seem to be that the Art Direction is a major one of them. Personally, I think that this is one of the best in the franchise. The Forerunner stuff is amazing, the UNSC and other Human Architecture is great, I love the look of the weapons and the armour. But, out of all this (excluding some dumb MP cosmetics), I think that the only major flaw with the Art Direction is with the Banished. To me, the majority of the Banished Asthetic in Halo Infinite just looks like the Covie stuff from previous game (don’t get me wrong, it looks amazing, it just doesn’t look like the banished to me) or it just looks like a worse version of the HW2 stuff.

Does anyone else understand where I am coming from with my comment on the Banished Art Direction in Halo Infinite?

The banished are personally one of my favorite parts of the art design of this game, but I do understand why you wouldn’t like it.

fair enough. I may warm to it, it’s just that my experience of it has been that it doesn’t feel as rough. I’m not too sure how I’d be able to describe why so I think I’d need to take a deeper look at it to understand why. Also, do you mind if I send you a dm on Discord (if you have it?)
