I had codes to unlock the Venator armour permutation and i used it on my xbl acc on my friends console, but when i went home and played halo 4, the permutation was gone.
Is this a bug or … ?
Your friend now has the Venator armor and if you download it again you get the Venator armor too.

i looked in the dlc and theres nothing there.
Sadly the game seems to register the dlc to the account, not the console. So you basically gave your friend some free armor.
