Halo 4 must not have armour lock. It adds nothing good to gameplay and just lets people who should die get away with it. The other day in a game a team was using it sticky after sticky was going to get them then just before it hits them they go into armour lock just bounces the stickys off when they should be dead. Same with the rocket launcher amour lock just bounces the rockets off when they should be dead. when your shooting them and their nearly dead they go into armour lock either a teamate comes and saves them or before you can shoot them they come out of armour lock and kill you 1 shot with a shotgun. Armour lock should not be in Halo 4

I definitely think 343i will carry Armor Lock over from Reach to Halo 4. I mean, it went SO well with the community, didn’t it?
If they dropped the bubble shield and not armour lock I would lol so hard.

Either we hate it or love it, it doesn’t change the fact that it is 343’s job to make the game, especially how they want to make it.
It shouldn’t even had been in Reach.
I don’t think it is going to be in Halo 4.
In all fairness though, armour lock could have worked if it were based more on timing than “press LB to initiate get out of jail free card”. If you could only use it for one second, that would have balanced it right there. It would have been more about saving yourself from Rockets and incoming boosting Ghosts rather than “oh look I’m being shot at again, I’ll just hold LB until my teammates deal with it”.
I didn’t have a problem with it at all. Though I wouldn’t mind never seeing it again.
Please god don`t be in Halo 4, I beg you 343i keep that -Yoink- out of matchmaking. Keep sprint, trash the rest.

Yeah it shouldn’t it was a good try to put in reach but it is too cheap.

Yea, sounds like a good idea 
Maybe they should change it so plasma weapons have a much bigger effect against armor lock. That way PRs and PPs would have a purpose.
Id rather have an AA that turns me into a Twinkie then have armor lock.
i dont think armor lock is returning because frankie said in a interview with gameinformer a while back that armor lock just wouldnt work in halo 4 because it stops the flow of gameplay

Was thinking the same thing. All these threads that are saying that armour lock shouldn’t be in Halo 4 kind of give me the impression that the Community likes armour lock, don’t you think?
