I don’t know if anyone noticed, but in the multiplayer trailer you can see remakes of Halo 5 helmets. Considering this is a Halo Reach based season, do you think we’re gonna see Halo 5 helmets in the first season? Or do you think it’ll be split? Personally I want them to stuff as much into each season as possible, I love the armour in previous games but I want to see NEW armour. What armour are you expecting to see?
Any armor from the Generation 2 Mjolnir, the Halo 4 and Halo 5 armors, if they are in the game will be on the Mark VII platform. That’s what you were seeing, was the Gen3 Mark VII armor core and the armors that are part of it, like ODST, Soldier, Mark V Zeta, Anubis, etc.
Season 1 will also include the Mark V Gen1 armor core which will include the armor from Halo Reach. So yes, there will be a split of both armors.
It is also confirmed that we will be seeing new armors as part of the Mark VII armor core as well as other Legendary cores like Yoroi.
There’s a line I’d like to see them walk between new armor, old armor, and new armor inspired by old armor.
