Do you think that armour in Halo 4 should be a composition of extra bits and pieces like that of Reach? Armour that was generally seperate and diverse, or do you want armour like that of Halo 3 and it’s legendary Hayabusa more and in Halo 4 the armour to be a much greater update of what came in Halo 3 but keeping in mind that there would be a much larger quantity of armour in Halo 4.
Honestly I am all up for Halo 4 either way (10 year fan) but there are things that I really think need to be edited.
Here are my general important ideas
There should be more armour variables and combinations of armour sets then that of Reach
There should be more colour choices in the general colour pane for armour colour and emblem colour
There should be more emblems that allow more players who seek individuality to create more customizable emblems
The Armour ability sprint should become default as well of that I have noticed the gravity pack/jet pack in the Halo 4 cinematic
As long as I get the ability to sport my 'busa armor, I’ll be one happy chic. XD I don’t care about all the odd names that people referred to it as, but I liked it and became very fond of it. It was also the first Halo armor that I started building for myself since, at the time, Halo 3 was the most recent game out.
I liked the customization of Halo Reach’s armor variations,
a little more customization in Halo 4 would be nice IMO. But I want 343 to focus more on the essentials
Halo Reach did not have many chest peaces but rather accessories for the default chest.
Halo3 had actual separate peaces.
Halo4 should have both, completely different peaces of armor and accessories for all the different peaces.
There should be some armor that you have to earn like in Halo3 if not all, if they choose to bring back cR then not all armor should come from it.
Pleas don’t make some armor require prerequisites from other past Halo games. I was unable to get all the CQB variants because I did not have something from Halo3. It really sucks because I don’t have Halo3 campaign any more. All armor should be achievable with the current game, maybe stuff from previous games can get you the armor faster but it should not be needed.
Here is what I want to have in HALO 4:
Introduction: You have Made it Very clear that Mk.4 MK.5, Mk.5(b), and Mk.6 MJOLNIR armor have very diverse armor configurations. In Halo 4, armor should be more than just a cosmetic option. Your armor should determine your HUD appearance and base traits. Here is What I mean:
ODST: An updated form of the HALO 3:ODST HUD
1.5-1.9m tall
Option to remove helmet/customize face
Fewer armor variants
Shock Damage instead of Shields
Newer players only
Human jump height
MJOLNIR Mk.4: The Mk.5 HUD without shield monitor
High tolerance to shock damage
HALO 3 armor customization
Faster than ODST
2.1m tall
3/4 SPARTAN jump height
Thicker, Stronger armor than ODSTs
HALO Wars Armor Configuration
MJOLNIR Mk.5: HALO CE HUD Identical to anniversary edition HUD
7/8 SPARTAN jump height
Moderate Energy Sheilds
HALO:CEA Armor Configuration
HALO 3 armor Customization
Faster than Mk.4
2.1m tall
Armor Thickness determines Shield Strength
MJOLNIR Mk.6: HALO 4 Campaign HUD
HALO Reach armor customization
Strong shields
thick armor=higher health
2.2m tall
100% Spartan Jump Height
Stronger Melee attacks
HALO 3/4 Armor Configuration
Fast
More Maneuverable in 0 Gravity
MJOLNIR Mk.5(B): Weak energy shields
HALO Reach Jump Height
1.9m tall
HALO Reach Customization
Night Vision
Option to Remove helmet/Customize face
HALO Reach HUD
Mk.4 Armor Strength
HALO Reach Armor configuration
above avg. running speed
sprinting.
Carve custom design into visor

It is called Hyabusa armor because it was an easter egg armor, resembling Ryu Hyabusa from the Ninja Gaiden Series. If it isn’t included than that means that 343 couldn’t obtain legal rights to the design. This is a similar case to the JFO helmet in reach, which resembles front of Iron Man’s helmet.

Still imagine a flash forerunner armour replicate of this armour that’s smoother, sharper and thicker. It would just be beast.
