Ive been trying to get the gold visor but once I was capable of getting it Im a commander grade 1 with 325,000 points but I still cant buy it with the prerequisite of lt Colonel still showing as a requirement which doesnt make any sense since Im past that rank and have the necessary cash.
I believe that you need to be a Colonel to buy the Gold Visor, not a Lt. Colonel.
Colonel is the first rank after Commander Grade 3 so you are not that far off, about 250k cR.
