Been having this issue for several ranks now. Started with the Operator class and at around SR56 every time I’ve ranked up since, the game has been telling me I unlock Scanner helmet, Strider helmet, Falcon emblem, and Wheel emblem. These items never show up in my inventory, it just keeps telling my I unlock them whenever I rank up. I finally got to SR60 on operator tonight, changed class to Tracker, and the Tracker armor showed up in my armory but still nothing else. Any ideas? The emblems don’t show up either. It’s getting a little frustrating not being able to unlock anything even though I keep leveling up.
Those two helmets should have come with the War Games map pass, so there shouldn’t be a toast regarding them–are you able to provide a picture?
Also if you have the War Games map pass have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling?
I don’t have the War Games Map Pass, but I did just make SR62 and it continues to tell me I am unlocking this armor. I linked a picture, and for the record not a single item shown in the picture was then available in my armory.

We’re looking into some possibilities of why it would be saying you’ve unlocked those items.
What version of Halo 4 are you using? Downloaded, Halo 4 Disc, Halo 4 LE disc?
Regular Halo 4 Disc.
On the upside, that content is from Halo LE and the War games map pass, so at the very least you’re not losing content.
Is the game installed and have you run into any corrupt files?
I don’t recall seeing anything about corrupt files, but I did wind up downloading the War Games map pass and the Strider and Scanner helmets are actually now displayed and available in my armory.
I haven’t had time to rank up to see what armor/emblems it unlocks but I’ll update when I do.

Small update…
Started playing to get to SR63 today. Scanner and Strider helmets gone from inventory. Re-downloaded the Map Pass and they are back in my inventory. Not sure what that’s all about.
Ranked up to SR63 and it said Tracker shoulder armor unlocked and it is available in my inventory.
Not really sure what’s going on now.
So it sounds like everything is as it should be? Please let me know if I’m misunderstanding and that’s not the case. Thanks, undrcoverwookie.
So far, yes, except for having to re-download the Map Pass to retrieve the helmets every time I sign in. I’ll see what happens when I rank to SR64 before I consider the new item unlock problem fixed.
