Would it not be cool to have this return? Especially in Infinite,in the mcc, I think that instead of a profile banner, for completing them all on LASO, you would get a cool armor for Reach or 3 or something titled something like, “Madman” or something like that?
I prefer feat based unlocks compared to just purchasing (with credits) or leveling up into them, but I dont mind having a hybrid system at all either. The only systems I don’t enjoy is paying via Microtransactions or loot boxes, I no the ladder wont be in infinite so as long as the former is regulated and not too overbearing I am sure it will be fine.
Unlocking Recon was still one of the best moments of my early Halo memories.
It must be admitted that it is interesting if they came back, in my opinion if I would like but at the same time not, imagine that there is an armor that you like very much but it is for a very very difficult achievement, it would be worth doing ? …
I did enjoy that back on the 360. It did offer something to achieve other than the achievement itself.
As long as the achievement is not tied to a ridiculous multiplayer task then I am for it. Otherwise I like how reach did it.
I like challenges that give you cool armor but maybe not achievements. Like, I would want some of the easier challenges to overlap with achievements but not the hard ones. That way, getting all the achievements doesn’t take forever.
They did something like that with the MCC, you beat all the games on Legendary and you get the Helioskrill armor in 5. It would be cool if they expanded on it yes, as long as they aren’t ridiculous like the old Vidmaster challenges I’m fine with it.
I hope they do some exclusive armor/coatings for people who complete Infinite on Legendary.
