How do i get the ua/base security [W] on reach because the only way to get it is on halo waypoint and since thats halo channel now what do i do?

As like other items that were connected to Bungie only, this is armor piece is also unavailable now as you didn’t do it before the change.

Xbox 360 still has Waypoint. If you are able to access it from your, or your friends 360 (if you or they have one) You can still unlock them.
Not sure.
