Red flame : Legendary edition.
Blue flame : You cannot longer obtain it.

No, the blue flames was a one time thing, and the red flames were a package deal when buying legendary edition.

Not Blue flames since that was a Bungie distribution,You best luck with getting Red flames is buying a code for it or buying the Legendary Edition
I don’t really see the appeal, but you could always try to find a code for the Legendary Flames.
Also, please don’t use all caps. It’s really annoying.
Like the others have said the blue ones were a Bungie thing but the red ones can be obtained with the Legendary Edition game or the silver Halo Reach console, if you can find them new,
You could also buy codes on ebay, but they don’t go cheap.
