I know fotus and achilles cant be obtaoned from req packs is there any others that cant be unlocked by req packs

The original Helioskrill requires you to beat every campaign on the MCC on legendary. I don’t think it counts ODST because that came later, but in addition to that you have to beat them all solo. Or so I’ve been told…

wait really?! Like I know they made another 2 variants of it that can be obtained in packs, but does that include the original Legendary MCC required one? If thats the case, then thats really lame.
I unlocked both variants from gold packs.

yeah, you can get it in gold packs i did MCC to get it and shortly after I learned that you can get it from packs.

anyways you can still beat Legendary if your playing solo or COOP, I did them Solo and it is hard for me heheh

I can confirm that I have got the Fotus armor from a Gold req pack which means it can be obtained from standard req packs.

I do also have to add that the Helioskrill armor and helmet can also be obtained from Gold packs.
The only exclusive armors and helmets follows.
