Yep, complete the game on Legendary solo.
Yes as the first post said, you will need to pass the campaign on leyendary, but don’t know if it’s solo
It is definitely in the game, but I am not too sure on unlocking it. I’m hoping these folks are right about the legendary thing to acquire it. I like these kinds of prerequisites, I hope there are other armors that require things similar to it.
