Armor trading

Dear 343 industries,me and my friends have armor that we would like to trade or give to one another. Would you kindly make an update that allows us to trade or at least give to one another.

Every friend you have: Can I use your Achilles armor if I give you my Recruit armor?

I doubt armor trading would work, and I don’t think it’s that simple for 343 to just go out and “kindly make an update”, but I will say this: as someone who plays Warzone Firefight almost exclusively, if I had an easier way to trade all of my beam rifles and rocket launchers for some ghosts and wraiths, it would improve my experience a lot. And it doesn’t necessarily have to be trading them with other players; even if there was some way to do this within the game’s menus, I would be so happy.

I often struggle to maintain a steady supply of vehicles, but meanwhile, I have piles and piles of weapons that never get used. This is because, in firefight, power weapons are almost always far less useful than a vehicle of the same req level. I often sell weapons to get more req packs, but those, too, are massively biased towards power weapons rather than vehicles for some reason.

Sorry to derail your thread with my own rant, but when someone talks about trading reqs, this is the first thing that comes to my mind.

I just struggle to understand how this trading system would work. Maybe for consumable REQs, but for permanent unlocks, I just can’t see how it would work.

sigh I feel like we wouldn’t have this problem under another system.
H3 we could unlock achievements and get armor we wanted.
Reach you were able to earn credits and buy your desired armor pieces within your level range.
H4 Gave you some choice after you hit a certain level for which armor you wanted to work towards.

It really is sad how H5 has players opening randomized pack after randomized pack to get one set of ugly reskinned armor after another and make it nearly endless to get a desired armor set/helmet. (Going on two years and I still haven’t gotten the copperhead helmet that I’ve wanted.)
REQs are cool for Warzone equipment but tying in the cosmetics entirely has been a huge step back for customization and progression

I don’t understand why this would be a good idea or work. I mean if you just trade Armor with some one else that you earned what’s even the point the getting more armor to progress?

That would be a terrible idea because if they add in more i think it would break halo 5

Plus people would scam other and that will happen it do in every trade game

I fail to see how trading in permanent unlocks for another will fit in.

  • With one-time use REQs - Okay - With permanent REQs - I don’t know so I’ll leave it a no

I think it’s too late in the game’s life for this to actually happen

So this is why some people hate Halo… It all makes sense now. I never saw things this way before. Thanks.

I would love if trading came cause I would trade my scout observer for wraith anytime

Please don’t revive old topics thanks
