I heard that the permutation you choose for armor will effect gameplay. Is this true?
If so, is there any new info on it? I’m curious on to how it will work. I am very skeptical as I always loved who’s shot was better and not who’s armor is better, that just sounds like shenanigans x100.
Agreed, while we dont have info on what exactly this will entail, it’s fairly safe to assume this will further move Halo away from even start’s.

True, but if classic playlists are just a handful shoved in the corner, i for one will be very disappointed.

I agree 100%. Classic in Reach was up for a short time and it had no players because everyone preferred default with armor lock/bloom/insert 100 more problems. If 343 chooses to go the casual route again, Halo will be dead before we know it.
I think if they go the halo 3 way: Ranked and Social, all ranked should be classical and social can have those idiotic annoyances the casuals seem to enjoy for some reason.

They never directly said classic halo would be preserved through different playlists, Frankie said “classic halo is still there” when talking about “perks” this could mean that it just still feels like classic halo.

That, however, is disappointing. I didn’t think Reach felt like Halo because of all the changes.

True, I just imagine they will keep it and thats what I took from it. Could be wrong though.

The veterans, the ones that took Halo were it is get thrown to a corner, just to cater to the noobs.
I made it sound a bit harsh, but it is what I feel.
