Armor not showing up right in Spartan Ops?

Don’t know if this was posted before but when I tried going into Spartan Ops using armor from the DLC, it shows me wearing recruit armor. Tried this with a couple of friends and no dice.

None of the DLC don’t show in SpOps. BTW, here is the link:
