So how would people rank the usefulness of the Armor Mod reqs? Which ones do you find most effective?
I’ve only unlocked about half of them, but I often wonder which one I should be taking when I get that level 5 unlock. Mostly I default to Reflex Enahncers because it seems like the most useful, but I got Frag Grenade Expert recently and have been trying to use it. I just find that Warzone engagements tend to be so quick that I rarely end up throwing the third grenade although I bet the other grenade Mods are pretty sweet as having some Splinter or Plasma Grenades at spawn would open up a lot of tactical options. I also use Advanced Sensors when trying to defend a point sometimes, it can help to see which direction enemies are coming from. I haven’t used Enhanced Shields or Auto Medic much since I got them, I didn’t find the boost to my health and recharge time was really that helpful.
Anybody have a different experience with the Mods? Anybody get the Upgraded Thrusters, Speed Booster or Increased Strength? Are they any good?
Splinter grenade is great but by far from my experience upgraded thrusters is so great. Sprint faster and have faster thruster recharge it is my favorite so far. I don’t have plasma grenade though which I won’t find useful but increased strength might be nice but personally I think upgraded thrusters is the best.

Combine Advanced Sensors with suppressed load out weapons, and if you’re feeling really sneaky use Active Camo with that, it makes you a ninja, you can’t be seen on the sensor firing weapons, without came if you’re walking you’re invisible on the sensor and with camo you can infiltrate any enemy encampment if you go about it correctly.

Ya sensors is really nice. I default to upgraded thrusters because I love the speed it makes me think of kelly my favorite Spartan probably. But I also love to go the path of ninja you described, going suppressed weapons and advanced sensors.

But now that I know this I’ll be using upgraded thrusters. Didn’t know it impacted sprint.

Oh ya the increased sprint is great it is very noticeable.
Being able to have motion tracker while zoomed in on any weapon is amazing, especially when using weapons that require scope to be useful (e.g. Sniper and Hydra). Boosted range to 40m is nice too, as is being a bit harder to see on enemy trackers. It’s also just Common level, so you can find it in a Bronze pack like I did.
yep, I’m really liking the advanced sensors. i tried using the upgraded shields but didn’t really notice much a difference… would prefer auto medic over stronger shields (regen shields and health faster)

All extremely useful and make the game way more fun! Make your spartan a spartan in my opinion! Make sure to experiment with them all! There’s no favorite one I have all of them unlock and has the match evolves I switch my armor mod! But exemple if I spawn a high req power weapon I use upgraded shields, a sword or a speed boost I use upgraded trusther so my shield recovers even while sprinting!! I mean i could go in and on here
I think the upgraded health is very annoying… At least half of the population is using this i swear…
You hit a headshot with snipe and it doesnt kill them because of the upgraded health… That is so annoying to do that to 3 people back to back who all dont die from a headshot… Ugh
