I’m sure most people would use the wheelman armor mod whenever they’re planning on using a vehicle. I have noticed that with some of the slow but powerful ground vehicles, I almost always die by being boarded, and it’s usually from someone sneaking up on me, rather than being emped.
So my question is this. Is there anyone who prefers to use the advanced sensors armor mod for certain vehicles to help spot potential boarders? If so, which vehicles do you typically use it for? I would assume that it would be most useful for mantis, scorpion or wraith variants.
If you have any other armor mods you prefer to use for certain vehicles, which ones and why? The only other one I can think of is grenadier if you’re the passenger on a gungoose.
they should make a legendary mythic armor mod for vehicles that prevents you from being hijacked, level 8 reqs.
but i cant think of any of the ones they have now that could help

Make that level 9 and it might be okay.

Wheelman and advanced sensors are your best bets. You have a good point about grenadier. The best thing you can do (when playing by yourself) to avoid being boarded it to keep your distance. Not just from the enemy, but from places that they can hide. Try to stay mobile as well. If you sit in one place long enough you will be destroyed.

^ Pretty much that. I mean, I suck with vehicles in general but those do help some.
