Armor Mods as Tactical vs. Support

If I understand correctly: Armor Mods can be either an option at Tactical Package slot or an option at Support Upgrade slot, once they are unlocked. I am interested in knowing which category each one belongs.

Discussion #2: Based on the last week’s sparkast, as part of the balance effort they were debating back and forth of where each one belongs. Are you happy with the final setup they came up with?

Discussion #3: Assuming that you have complete control (e.g.: you are planning to buy LE, or at the time you reached SR50, they have made all specialization tracks available), in what order do you plan to unlock them?

I am thinking about the following: PR->RG->WK->EN->PT->OP->SK->TK
