I have been trying to use the splinter grenade armor mod and I do not get a splinter grenade on respawn.
It’s a known issue OP and currently being tracked in this topic. There’s a possible workaround in there that’s worked for some people until it gets fixed, hopefully in the next update

when did it happen? Mine was fine last night
Why wasn’t this mentioned in the MoR update? That’s all I want to know. It’s getting reallll annoying.
