Does any one knows how to get ultra rare armor, helmets and so on?
What i mean is… Lets say i open a Gold pack at level 35 and i get some armor and a helmet… if i open a pack at level 40 does that improves my chances on getting some ultra rare goodies or its completely random?
I haven’t unlocked any assassination

i’m under the impression that it is random, i unlocked an assassination and i’m level 19
It looks completely random. But since there is no duplicates the odds get better the more you get.
Wich pack did you opened to get that? gold? silver?
does one type of pack has better odds than others to unlock something?
i got it with a silver pack, gold packs give uncommon to legendary and two perm unlocks. silver gives common to rare and two perm unlocks, silver is cheaper so i go that route every time.

I would do bronze packs to get a bulk of the items out quick. Then move to silver when you stop getting an item in every 3 packs because then silver is better. Do silver until youre nearly out of rare, common and uncommon and move to gold. You will see alot more legendary and ultra rare. I am a lvl 47 or 48 currently and have about 39% of the armory.
It seems to me that the unlocks are pretty randomized regardless of your ranking. I guess 343 is trying to give everyone a fair shake at getting interesting items through the requisitions.

Some say at the beginning is better bronze to get out of the way a lot of stuff that won’t come out once you have it… it makes the odds play in your favor

Bronze Packs in the beginning will almost always give you at least one permanent unlock but the chances fall as the Common pool grows smaller. If you struggle to find Commons, like having to open 4 or more packs at a time to find it, best move onto Silver.
I have yet to find any Ultra Rare REQs or Mythic (the three-star legendaries).
In the mean time I am still finding plenty of ARs. Still got to finish the AR, and Recon AR - not sure if the Longshot is Uncommon. Oh, and Armour Mods too…
