- Some of the armours can only be unlocked by opening those special promotion REQ packs which can’t be obtained anymore - Achilles set only unlocked by doing all those commendations with Spartan company - Classic helmets only obtained if you’re willing to spend money on a pack that cost $10There’s probably some more that I didn’t mention that aren’t obtained through opening REQ packs.
U could get gold packs and silver and hope u get lucky 
but I’m still waiting for the Platinum packs to return to get some more ultra rare and Legendary armor and helmets 
Yes, grind the hell outta the REQ system
That’s the thing I’ve completely unlocked everything vehicle and weapon wise from req packs and all I get for packs now is duplicates

Technically speaking yes as far as in game free content but not as far as 100% completion
From what I can recall off the top of my head there is a HCS armor set that is no longer available as it was in a special pack and there is a “pro team” skins that are no longer available. Other than that everything is available. Oh and those holiday emblems maybe unattainable unless they grant them again this year.
Through the Req-system,you can get 91 percent of all helmets and armors,the other 9 percent are from promotional packs.
Youre done with the Bronze packs, but You still need to buy Silver and gold packs. I suggest you do Silver next and then move onto Gold packs.

No D M8N8 I’m done with gold packs I’m not just starting out I’ve friended through 142 levels I’m speaking of the few pieces of armor and emblems that you can’t get from packs
