I have only seen the armor and emblems from the console and pre-orders twice they wont remain after downloading and turning off the console.
I’ve seen a lot of people talking about this and want to know when this will be fixed.
I called Microsoft the other day about this. It is something in their servers they are having problems with at lest that’s what they told me.

I am sorry you guys are having issues with Halo 4 stuffs.
As far as I know, Microsoft and 343i are fixing this issue as we speak.
I do not know the exact date when it will be fixed, but they are doing there best.
