I was playing a game and it got bugged and my spartan had a heat wave looking thing surrounding his body similar to the didactic and his heat waves. It looked really bad -Yoink- and made me think of the armor effects from Halo reach and I want to see if anyone could come up with some cool ones. I also thought this would work really well in halo 5 and the req system.

Eh, I wasn’t a huge fan of the effects. Never personally used them in Reach either.

Plus it just would add more to the REQ pool which would hinder other players from trying to get certain items.

I hated armor effects in Reach. Nothing messed with my feeling of immersion more than seeing hearts flying around a Spartan or a Spartan that looked stinky.

I hope they never return personally.

They were annoying. I did like the birthday party effect though.

Thought they were kinda dumb me personally I’d prefer if it wasn’t added but if it is no biggie i guess

Agreed 100%.

If they ever add them back, I want the birthday effect. It was the only one I really liked other than perhaps Inclement Weather, but even after buying that I only ever used the birthday one. I loved hearing that Hoooooraaaay! when I died… Or when hearing it softly in the distance when someone else had it…

The Marty Hearts and Disease effects can stay in Reach, but I want my Spartan Birthday back ;v;

Wasn’t really a fan of them in Reach. Although I did like inclimate weather.

I would like to have a grunt party confetti come out on every head shot.

I liked inclement weather as well, same with the flames and the blue flames, but they’re too revealing, it just makes you stand out to the enemy, I also remember flames exposing you when you have AC on…
