Armor Effects Like Halo: Reach?

It’d be wonderful if 343i makes new, fresh armor effects like Halo: Reach.

You complete a game, you get Reqs. Yeah right. Some times when I complete a game of Warzone, Social Or Arena I don’t get any packs at all. It seems like you have to be one of the top players in each game just to get Req packs from each game you are in. Sorry about that. Forgot this page was about The Halo Reach Armor Effects.

It is impossible to play Grifball without getting booted for killing teammates by mistake. And find way to deal with spawn campers in Grifball. It sucks the fun out of it.

That’s what is wierd, because Grifball has always had friendly fire, and I believe it should stay. However, now Xbl is wierd in that it can affect you account, which is a bad decision.

> I loved Halo: Reach when it bought it and started playing for the first time. I saw all these amazing features. I just loved how you could make your own combination of armor from helmet to shoulders to torso. I liked the armor effects as well. They were just the coolest thing to me. So the question is: Why can’t a feature like this be in Halo 5? Do they not like it, or is it just because of some other reason? Was it hated by many players and 343 decided not to add it? Many questions lay in my mind about this. I don’t know about you guys, but Maaaaaaan… do I want a sick skull, birthday party, or inclement weather effects on my Halo 5 set.

Yes -Yoink-Ing please.

Well guess I have better get use to it.
It’s better then when your teammate kills you in Warzone just to take your best Req.

I personally loved (still do) armor affects in Halo: Reach. Made your spartan stand out and the sound affects were great

Same here.

I wouldn’t mind seeing the burning flames and the blue flames or variations of that return.

I think the only armor effect that should be brought back is the Jetpack.

It’s annoying when you are killed for your best Req in warzone.

Please

If they ever do bring that stuff back like Inclement Weather and Pestilence they should add a new forerunner one that has those orange chips that come off dead prometheans radiate off you. Call it “Fractured” or something.

No. Just no.

I would honestly Love to have armour effects, especially inclement weather…

they should only make it available to those that perform well, like if you finish the campaign on legendary or something

I really liked it in Reach, and I was so happy to be able to get inclement weather, but I don’t think it would work well in H5; you would either have to make it one of the rarest things to get in a REQ pack, or something to get at max rank. It’d be cool, but I think we have enough personalization as is.

That would be nice. However, people will disagree to the idea like always and 343 might not add it to halo 6 anyway. I would want it to be in both halo 5 and halo 6 along with playable elites…That would be cool too…

we need playable elites in halo 6

What happened to the amor effects where hearts and confetti came out of you when you died??? I wish halo 5 had that…

Ive been waiting for this for ever…

I think this would be cool in social playlists and Warzone, but not arena.
