I think that Bungie’s Halo Games were the best.
Let’s all hope we get something like the Halo Reach Armor effects in the next game.
And 343 or who ever is in charge of programing if you read this, turn Friendly Fire off for those who are playing Grifball. It is impossible to play Grifball without getting booted for killing teammates by mistake. And find way to deal with spawn campers in Grifball. It sucks the fun out of it.
That or I clearly suck at Grifball, if I can’t take out a single spawn camper.
It’s a shame they didn’t bring it over to halo 5. Most of the armours don’t even look that great all average you could say compared to halo reach where there was more customisation options.
I agree, Reach has the best armor customization for any Halo game released to date. I don’t like the cliche, fixed-type monetized playtime if armor in every other game. If they were to include real customization, with effects for each upgrade (instead of stupid descriptions ia. Halo 5) margins would differ, but players would have a better time. Think about the potential, with everything single thing that’s known for MJOLNIR armor, to be in 1 game (with better matchmaking, ranking system, and VR support of course).
I really like the armor effects in Halo Reach, they really looked awesome.
Armour lock and Hologram would work great in warzone!
I would for sure like to see armor effects be in halo 5, not only would it look amazing but it also gives halo players that have everything anyway something to work towards.

I agree, armor efeects were a nice addition in Halo Reach. I disagree that Grifball should have friendly fire turned off, as it adds to the skill of it.
It would be nice to see the birthday party effect come back it was cool.

Armor effects are not the same thing as armor abilities.
for those that really liked them, then yes, as it will add to the money the game pulls in. but it doesn’t really make any difference to those that don’t like them, so why not add them just for the people that do like them, not EVERYONE HAS to use them, and if the community likes it then all the better
It would be good to add it in but mayne not exactly like reach…maybe it could actually help you cause if your sneaking around then your gonna get spotted easily with love hearts floating everywhere

I agree with this. Remember everyone, flaming helmet was an armor effect, I’d like to get that back. I think they would fit well into Halo 5.
In my opinion armor effects would be a good addition such as the jetpack and armor lock and etc. Now that firefight is back it would be helpful to have something more than a thruster in halo 5 but sprint being a armor effect was useless in halo reach.

I would like the ability to customize our visor interior and flare colors, I think that would be cool.
