How about armor effects,deeper customization than in reach and Cr system as well. I loved the feeling of grinding to get that sweet eva skull helmet and showing it off. It means i spent a lot of time on the game, not just having RNG give me 5 different colored warthogs
I like the seriousness of the current MP that 343 tried to have, but they kinda ruined it with the stupid skins like the pizza and Lord of the Fries. It doesn’t make sense that a Spartan would get a rifle or pistol have a pizza or fry decal.

Yes but all the Spartan IVs are professional soldiers and a part of ONI who throughout the books are no nonsense and all professional attitudes

I’m not saying they aren’t, or didn’t, but I’m pretty sure not every single one of them is as bland as Locke, as that would make for a terribly uninteresting story, and effectively no interesting story options for writers such as myself.
Now, I’m sure plenty of them are no-nonsense and boring, but I highly doubt there isn’t a single one who wouldn’t rock that pizza skin.

I’m not saying they don’t have personalities but on the battlefield they would be serious 100% of the time. In the books there are countless references to Spartan personalities, From Kurt-051’s social personality, to John-117’s stoic leader persona, they all acted the same during a mission, no nonsense, speaking only as needed and following orders to the T. You are thinking I’m saying all Spartans should be like Locke, you are mistaken, they are a mix of Locke and Buck, during a mission bland and boring but in between can be sarcastic or give witty remarks.

I disagree. If anything, Halo multiplayer has become too serious. Too serious to the point where it’s dull, boring and repetitive.
Advanced customization needs to return for the sake of the game’s appeal and longevity.
I wouldn’t mind having Inclement Weather back.

Thunderstorm and pestilence for higher ranking players but make it temporary and reset every season in arena and war zone
Inclement weather was so cool looking. I never got it because the grind was too much. But damn did it look great

Hell ya I want them back! In a game of customs we were playing infection, but the alpha wasn’t in the typical flood armor, so only the effect was there, and it looked so cool just to see the stream of green dust flow around him, so I think it would be sweet to put them back in

yeah, there could be some slight issues with the actual game if they are put in like, if someone is hiding but the armor effect pops out more than the actual player, and it could ruin their tactic, it could also affect the hitbox to.
