Oh, this is a great idea, now I know how to focus on through out the game, I would be able to pick my main target for the game, I’ll pick the people who have the armor effects that are always going.
Dude, Armor Effects are only useful to snipers who are looking for easy pray.

Thus why I don’t use an armor effect anymore.

The only armor effect I’ve ever used was the blue flames, but only because when I used them, every one was used them, so I used them to blend in.
But when I’m sniping, the people I target first, are the ones with armor effects, and people with big flashy armor, which most of the time are higher ranking people, who think they should show off their bulky armor.
Armor effects are kinda of pointless to me. I would rather just have more armor customization than armor effects.
Pestilence is pretty cool. Birthday party and Heart attack don’t have much visuals about them. My brother has the legendary flaming helmet version of reach and he said he gets targeted more often because of it.
Those big shoulder pads are cool looking. That’s about it though. Larger armor makes for easier kills. I’d go the minimalist route but I like to look somewhat good.
