So I was thinking about the Armor Customization for Halo Infinite now here is the Customization list from Halo Reach that I have with a few changes
Helmet
Left Shoulder
Right Shoulder
Chest
Wrist here I think we should be allowed to equip a peace to both Wrist
Utility we should also be allowe to equip a utility to each side on the legs
Visor
Knee Guards
Armor Effect
Firefight Voice
now in Halo 4 they had an interesting idea you could change the arm and leg peace I would also have this in Halo Infinite
what do you all think
Maybe add customization for knife placement & style though in campaign they could either add visual knife or they could give Chief unique unarmed assassinations. Just so he wouldn’t pull the knife out of his *** basically.
And maybe add customizeable patterns to armor as presets are known to be rather hideous with known white lines & such.
Aye I think that would work great as long as we don’t get the unpopular armors from 5.
Most of this works great–I do agree that the ability to choose permutations on both wrists makes sense. The utility/thigh equip is different, though-- unless 343i comes up with another way to do it, I believe the de-facto use of the right thigh on most MJOLNIR armors is to carry a sidearm.
So, unless I’m overlooking something you actually just want Halo: Reach’s customization, but without the one-side restriction on wrist & leg.
I’m down, I loved Reach’s original customization system. But I think they could be a tad bit more ambitious and bring a few more ideas in too, doesn’t need to be anything crazy.
Altho I would love for the voice option to be not just for Fireflight, but would also change the vioce for in-game “Spartan chatter” in multiplayer. …and if those voice options included RvB characters I’d be a very, very happy gamer.
I love the idea of Reach style customization but what I’m really hoping for is more color and paint customizations. Some of the armor in H5 was actually pretty cool but most of them are marred by bad paint jobs, with odd and unappealing striping, decals, and markings that I’d love to be able to turn off or at least control.
