So I know this is the beta, but I’m just the slightest bit displeased by the amount of customization we have over our Spartans. Past Halo Betas had more customization options, so I don’t understand why the H5G doesn’t. Granted it has absolutely nothing to do with the actual gameplay, I still enjoy the aesthetic differences between my Spartan and everyone else’s. I hope 343i isn’t planning to keep customization the way it currently is for the final product.
Agreed, really be disappointed if h5 only has 3 customization options when reach and 4 had like 8 or so. Hate one or 2 things about every armor set. Halo5 needs more options than 4 had. Really leaning toward it’s just the beta though. Have played other betas where they had more options in main game.

Holmes confirmed that what we have now is what we get at launch.
I can’t even fathom how they came to this decision, there’s no benefit to this, there’s no logic behind it, all the armors are exactly the same as they were in 4 so it’s not like it would take more work. They essentially just removed a feature for the sake of having be gone

No shoulder customization at all? What in the actual -Yoink-…?
While I too would like more customization options, I’d rather the effort be focused on gameplay itself. Halo 4 had the most extensive custom options, and look how that game performed.

I understand that, but this is just blatant laziness. If 343i is struggling to maintain the balance of both, then they need to delay the game for however long it takes them to finish. This is not the kind of cutting corners we should tolerate.
