Right, so I’m level 30 in the season pass and there are some pieces of armor I can’t equip. It says I’ll unlock a piece of chest armor at level 8 and 13 but the game won’t let me click them. It’s almost like there still lock or something.
Same here. Glad I’m not the only one suffering from that. It’s driving me bonkers.
Try restarting the game, that worked for me. I purchased the Tahuna Sands armor coating and when I tried to click on the equip button, nothing happened/there was a loading circle on the button itself.

Did that about 4 times. Nothing. I can equip the new stuff I unlocked but not anything from the previous flight that they introduced with this flight.
I have the same problem I’m hoping they fix this bug soon!
Update: After another restart and about 6 or so matches later, I’ve unlocked a few more things but I was already at level 30 so I don’t know where they came from.

Its not a matter of equiping it its that it says it isnt unlocked.
I had this problem yesterday, next to Equip I just had the loading circle that never disappeared.

Pretty sure this is the root of the bug. That little circle is indicating a loading issue. Which means that there is a communication issue going on between the client side (us players) and the servers over at 343.
In other words, I too have this issue but a reboot of the game does seem to fix it. Regardless this is a bug for sure.

Reboot fixed the issue, as long as I customize right after reboot, if I reboot go into a game then try to customize I have the original problem again. But a reboot does temp fix the issue for me
I’m playing on the Xbox I’ve been on the first and now the second flight. I’m at level 30 but I can’t use the armor that I have unlocked it’s still says that it’s locked. I have restarted the game and my Xbox and I have deleted and downloaded the game again but it doesn’t seem to work any idea how I can fix this issue?
So I also had this problem. I restarted my game and everything equipped how it should. Maybe it has to be the first thing you do when you load.
