Should the Armor Customization option be like Halo Reach? Or should it be a new concept? Should there be weapon attachments? More in depth customization? More armor effects? Share your ideas.

Other games have attachments, I just don’t think its Halo or at least to much a drastic chance.
Attachments would just make the game seam strange and unfamiliar to me. Attachments have no place in halo at least not now.

yes they have it in cod but that’s irrelevant. The point is if one person has a br and another one has a br with some kind of attachment like a larger barrel to increase damage then there is an unbalance. Cod isn’t the only game with attachments you know.
I wouldn’t mind more customization, but I think there will be less options.
The armory was one of my favorite parts of Reach. I hope they have it bigger and better for Halo 4, with more armor and more colors as well.
Reach’s customization was great. I really hope (for the sake of my machinima’s) that Halo 4 has all the armor from Reach plus a ton more.
i want new armor and i want at lest ODST armor back but i want all of the armor back from reach and halo 3
Armor attachments don’t really have a use for Spartans - they are bred for all out war, not recon or infiltration, and even then, if they were doing it against the covenant, there’s no use as they have motion sensors.

Also I wish that I’d be able make my spartan look like Master Chief.
since they won’t have elites in multiplayer anymore maybe 343 will focus more on spartan armour and we will have more options.
I want there to be so many options that almost everyone can have something unique to their spartan, reach did this somewhat by expanding what was customized. maybe they could add different backs and upper leg armors. Maybe more visor colors? I always thought they should have a red visor. Maybe you could put war paint on your armor kind of like what Emile has in reach (or did he carve that?).
Same as Reach but much more stuff and more body parts to modify. That would be nice.
Only a few helmet attachments, but make them applicable to any helmet. We also need some of the simple, iconic Halo 3 armor designs back, or something along those lines. While Reach’s customization was great, there weren’t any pieces of armor that stood out to me quite like Halo 3’s did.

You can already have the Emile helmet, but it would be cool if youcan add custom paint to your spartan.
We don’t need any of that stuff. It’s pointless. I want to stomp on other players, not dress up my spartan like a barbie or get distracted by pretty things.

it might be pointless but it provides a sense of uniqueness for each player and there is no harm in adding armor customization. Oh and hayabusa = barbie?

Yeah that is part of what make halo halo. In CoD, you can customize your player,but not as much as you can in halo. Customization is key for Halo.
I’d like to see:
-Previous armor premutions and newer ones (Hayabusa, ODST, original Mark V and VI, etc).
-More in depth customization. Such as: back, both forearms and utility slots, much more Visor colors, show/hide knife, gloves, thighs, and much more colors to choose from. Being able to color individual armor pieces would be nice.
-Secret armor/time consuming easter eggs. Mainly like the Hayabusa/Recon from Halo 3 was obtained.
