ARMOR CUSTOMIZATION - Armor Coating Patterns

Right now the armor coatings in Halo Infinite are getting lots of hate:
“wow I just got the color blue!” “5 bucks for blue?!?” “why can’t I use this on another armor core?”

And your response is:
“Coatings offer us a unique opportunity to craft some hyper polished looks”

What if we had a base color palette like in Halo Reach where you could pick whatever colors we wanted for free, but. Along side that would be the Armor Coating Patterns and they would dictate where colors go. Imagine we have the box of crayons and 343 are giving us the pages to color in the lines. You would need to buy the patterns or unlock them just like you do with Armor Coatings right now.

343 could even come out with other color pallets for us to use with our Armor Coating Patterns!

I think this idea has lots of potential and would be the best of both worlds, happy slay’in Spartans!

Yep heard a lot of people talking about this and its crazy to think that the 30 basic colors we had in previous halos are locked away.

Not only them the two colour combinations too, one primary colour then the secondary colour from these 30. That adds up to 435 different colour choices to pick from.

And nearly ALL of them are locked behind a pay wall.

I understand that colors are a huge thing in halo and thats why I think they SHOULD be locked behind a paywall to then fund the game as a whole.

Whats not cool is giving us nothing to work with, they went too tight and choked the creative fun out of making a Spartan armor thats yours
